Pre-Packaged Bison

From time to time, we harvest a bison and make available traditional retail cuts. We realize that you may not be quite ready to commit to a portion of a bison or simply do not have the need for the quantity of meat that a bison-share provides. This is a great way for you to try out various cuts & enjoy our quality bison meat.

We currently only sell directly from our ranch house by appointment only (don’t worry, we are always on the ranch). All of our pre-packaged meat has been processed by a USDA inspected facility. It is packaged in a heavy plastic vacuum-sealed packaging called Cryovac and then flash frozen for maximum quality. Additionally, we have been inspected and licensed by the Oregon Department of Agriculture to sell raw meat.

How to Order

Buying pre-packaged retail cuts from us is simple. You can either:

• Pay Online & Reserve: simply select the cuts & quantity that you want and check out online using our secure shopping cart.
• Pay in Person: if you rather pay in person, that’s not a problem. Just be sure to call ahead ((541) 903-2861) to make sure that we have the cuts and quantities you desire.

Regardless of the above method that you choose, please keep in mind that you must come out to our ranch to pick up your order. We are located at 14042 SE Paulina Hwy, Prineville, OR 97754.
